You retain ownership of your content. NotebookLM content is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to export and use content from NotebookLM or other sources.
The Service may integrate third-party services such as Supabase for authentication and Creem for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotebookLM ExportKit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
